7. Warranty

The Avendorra Current is advertised with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and hull, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, improper maintenance, or damage caused by operation contrary to product instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Safe and Lawful Operation

Motorized watercraft may be subject to local licensing, registration, age, insurance, safety-equipment, operating-zone, speed, environmental, and other requirements.

Customers and operators are responsible for determining and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to the ownership and operation of the product in their jurisdiction.

Users must follow all safety instructions supplied with the product and exercise appropriate care when operating any watercraft.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Avendorra website and its contents, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Avendorra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify protected content without authorization.
