How It Works
Light enough to go whenever you feel like it.
At 45 kg it loads into a van, launches off a bank, and carries two riders for an hour and a half. Getting on the water stops being a plan and becomes a decision.
Charge from a normal socket.
The 72V pack takes four to five hours from either 110V or 220V. Plug it in after dinner and it is full before you leave in the morning.
Carry it to the water.
Under 2 metres long and light enough for two people to lift. No trailer, no slipway booking, no waiting your turn at a ramp.
Take someone with you.
Two seats and ninety minutes on a charge. Slow mode for cruising, fast mode when you want it — the battery is rarely what ends the session.
In Motion
Real water. No renders.
Unedited footage of the Surge doing exactly what it was built to do.
Fast mode, straight off the bank
Built To Perform
Small on paper. Not on the water.
Under two metres and 45 kilos, with more power and more runtime than craft twice its size.
18 kW through a sealed jet pump.
There is no propeller to foul and nothing exposed to catch a leg. Water is drawn in and pushed out under pressure, which is why the Surge accelerates hard from standstill and turns without losing bite.

Ninety minutes, then four hours to full.
A 6.2 kWh ternary lithium pack, water cooled and sealed to IP67, with eight separate protection systems watching over it. Rated for 800 full charge cycles — years of weekends, not one season.
- Capacity6.2 kWh / 72V
- RuntimeUp to 90 min
- Charge time4–5 hours
- Rated life800 cycles
EPP: it floats, and it forgives.
Expanded polypropylene is what makes a 45 kg craft possible. It absorbs almost no water, cushions the knocks that come with launching off a bank, and keeps the Surge buoyant regardless of what you do to it.

Two colourways. Same machine underneath.
Red or blue, both over the same white hull with a moulded seat and backrest and a teak-look deck insert. Pick the one you want to see pulled up on the bank.

Questions
Everything else, answered.
Six to eight business days for most orders. We hold stock in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, so your Surge ships from the warehouse closest to you rather than crossing an ocean by sea freight. Tracking is sent the moment it leaves.
The Surge is the lighter, longer-running machine. It runs a stronger 18 kW motor, reaches 52 km/h, and holds a charge for up to 90 minutes — but the hull is 29 cm shorter and 22 kg lighter, in EPP rather than ASA. The Current is the larger craft; the Surge is the one you can actually lift.
That depends entirely on where you ride. Requirements for personal watercraft differ by country, state and even by individual lake or waterway — some need registration or a boating licence, many inland waters need neither. Check with your local maritime or waterway authority before your first ride, as we can't advise on rules for your specific location.
Yes. You sit low and inside the hull rather than balancing on top of it, and slow mode caps the Surge at 30 km/h while you find your feet. Controls are a steering wheel and a throttle pedal, so the instincts carry over from driving. Move to fast mode when you're comfortable.
Four to five hours to full from either a 110V or 220V outlet, giving up to 90 minutes of riding. Where you land in that range depends on speed mode, rider weight and water conditions — cruising in slow mode will always outlast full throttle. The pack is rated for 800 full charge cycles.
Yes. The hull and battery enclosure are both sealed to IP67. As with any watercraft, rinse it with fresh water after riding in the sea — that single habit does more for longevity than anything else you can do.
Twelve months from delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the motor, battery and hull. If a fault is ours, we repair or replace it. Email support@avendorra.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll take it from there. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Two. The Surge seats a rider and a passenger, with a combined load capacity of 150 kg. Both seats are moulded into the hull with a padded backrest, so the second rider isn't perched on the deck as an afterthought.
